When you submit a project request or communicate with us, we receive your name, email address, and any optional business name and WhatsApp number. Your brief may include the service requested, video length and format, language, preferred date, budget, available materials, reference links, and other project details. During an agreed project, we may also receive files, approvals, feedback, and billing or transaction information.
Only share materials you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, card details, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted materials.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to review your request, prepare quotes, communicate with you, develop and deliver your project, manage approvals and revisions, issue invoices, address cancellations and refunds, maintain security, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. If you provide a WhatsApp number, we may use it to contact you about your request or project. You can ask us to use email instead. Providing contact details for a project does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
3. Project Requests and Communications
Project requests are sent to our business email. Information may be retained in our email correspondence and records needed to manage the project. Email, WhatsApp, and file-sharing providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Please check access permissions before sending material links; a publicly accessible link may expose your files beyond the intended recipients.
4. Service Providers and AI-Assisted Tools
Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the website and deliver services, including hosting, email, payment processing, communications, file sharing, security, and creative production tools. Some production tools may use artificial intelligence, and relevant project content may be processed through them when needed for the agreed work. Provider processing and retention practices depend on the service and settings used.
We limit sharing to what is needed for the task. If your project requires restrictions on AI tools or external processing, discuss these with us before providing materials so we can agree on a suitable workflow. We do not sell project request information. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect against fraud, misuse, or security threats.
5. Payments
Payment providers process payment details and transaction information. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes in our project records. We may retain invoices, payment status, and transaction references. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.
6. Website Data, Cookies, and Embedded Videos
Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and access logs. Cookies or similar technologies may support site functionality, account sessions, performance, or analytics. We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, deliver services, support clients, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Any agreed retention or deletion arrangement for project files should be recorded in your project agreement. Providers and backups may retain copies for additional periods under their own practices.
We use reasonable measures to protect information and limit access to those who need it for service delivery. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may ask about the information we hold, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you through an optional channel. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. We may need to verify a request and retain some records where legally required.
